Khalid qualified as a solicitor in 1991. He has worked in senior roles across the private, public, corporate, and charity sectors. He is also an academic, teaching Business Law and Litigation. As a senior practitioner for over 30 years, Khalid has extensive skills, knowledge, and experience in a wide range of legal practice areas. He specialises in supporting small and medium-sized businesses in all aspects of their corporate operations as a business consultant and corporate lawyer.

Khalid’s principal areas of expertise are in business law and litigation, civil and commercial law, company law, landlord and tenant (both commercial and residential), local government law, charity law, employment, discrimination and human rights, insolvency, and tax.
